Aquí tenemos la nueva revisión de Mess (otras entradas en la web) completamente separada de Mame gracias a que los desarrolladores de Mame siguen manteniendo la posibilidad de compilar ambos emuladores de forma independiente para todos aquellos que así lo quieran, ya sea por comodidad o por que ya estaban habituados de antes a hacerlo de esta manera tradicional.
En esta revisión se han realizado varias mejoras en los drivers de la consola Sega Saturn por lo que muchos juegos que antes no iniciaban ahora si que pueden ser cargados en el emulador (aunque muchos van a seguir sin funcionar correctamente)
En el apartado de ZX Spectrum se han añadido bastantes nuevos software lists (os recuerdo que hace poco murió el creador de este gran ordenador). El sistema NEC ahora soporta el uso de diskettes por lo que se ha ampliado mucho las posibilidades a la hora de probar su software list en el emulador
Para terminar se han añadido algunos prototipos y juegos raros al software list de Super Nintendo y Game Boy, aparte de volver a expandir los software lists de FM Towns o de VSmile
Las mejoras más importantes en esta versión son:

- Mejorado el sistema de cartuchos del sistema TI-99
- Se han reajustado los drivers de los sistemas NEC-PC 98
- Mejorados ciertos aspectos de la emulación de la consola Sega Saturn
